How do I install the app?
Download the APK from our download page, tap it, and allow 'Install unknown apps' for your browser the first time. Full steps are on the download page.
My SMS code hasn't arrived.
During the alpha, codes can be a minute or two late. Wait a few minutes before resending — and if it's still not there, send us a note below.
Which phones are supported?
Android 7.0 and newer, 64-bit. iOS is in progress via TestFlight — we'll link it when it's live.
How do I sign in?
With your phone number and a one-time code. No email, no password to remember.
What data does GOOM collect?
The minimum we need: your phone number (for sign-in), three activity categories (steps, distance, active calories), and the barcode when you look up a food. No third-party analytics — your data stays first-party.
When do I physically get my plate?
Right now plates are tracked in the app as a visual record while we finalise the physical spec and shipping. You'll see the full terms — size, material, ship time and cost — before public launch.
Is GOOM free?
Yes — the private alpha is free to download and use. If anything ever changes, we'll tell you before it does.
